Returns
Because all of our products are made to order specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once we review the claim, we may offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, be sure to get in touch with us as soon as possible.
We will work with our fulfillment partner and shipping carrier to investigate the issue. If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part or a manufacturing defect.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified only before production begins. Since our products are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production.
